Cabo Roche: Dialogue Sessions for the Fisheries and Biodiversity Action Plan for the Strait of Gibraltar and Alboran Sea
Fourteen kilometers separate Europe and Africa at the Strait of Gibraltar, closer than many people’s daily commute. This summer (16 – 17 June 2026), representatives from both sides of that gap met in Tangier for the Dialogue Sessions for the Fisheries and Biodiversity Action Plan for the Strait of Gibraltar and Alboran Sea, a meeting built to close a gap that has nothing to do with distance.
